I've been going to Georgia Eye Care Center for years, and I've never had a problem with the staff. Doctor Felicity is a good, caring eye doctor. Bad reviews come from people who, when things don't go their way, get upset and want to write a bad review. If you're looking for a good eye doctor this is the best eye care center to come to.
They are getting better!!
Doc is so gentle and patient. She doesn’t mind questions being asked and is very thorough. Denise is patient and informative as well and has amazing customer service!
Very unprofessional receptionist who do not know how to schedule. I had an appt at 10:45 am and I waited a hour and a half. Since I was waiting I went to receptionist to make sure I wasn't skipped. She said I still had 3 people ahead of me. I told her I had to go to work so she was like their appts normally have to wait 2-3 hours. I was like I was never told that. Friendly staff and seen in a timely manner. The doctor was very nice and explained any questions that I had. Found a nice pair of glasses that I liked.
