The ladies in the office were so sweet! And helped me very fast.
A joke of tax payer money! Endless phone loops, that will ultimately disconnect on you. They have set up their phone system to make impossible to reach them for many purposes. This is a deliberate dereliction of duty by a public office!
Would have been nice to have been told you were closed for colombus day instead of being on hold for 3+ hours
I came in for my scheduled 2nd monkeypox vaccine in Fulton County-Neighborhood Union-Monkey Pox Vaccination 186 Sunset Ave NW Atlanta, Georgia 30314 and it is closed. I called the vaccination hot line to see available locations today and they are all closed. What a way to serve the community NOT. And no need to apologize, you need to do a much better job. At least sending emails advising. And this is NOT free as you are collecting our insurance information.
