Why even have a phone number that states operating hours of 7am-7pm but nobody answers at ANY time of the day. Getting GA benefits are a joke.
I was treated very rudely(R Slater Georgia Composite Medical Board Compliance Specialist III, Compliance Division) these ignorant people talk to you like they're talking to people on the streets and getting ready to fight ,HE RATCHETT,GET RID OF HIM. AND THE VERY NEXT TIME I AM FACED WITH ANY OF YOUR SHENANIGANS OR INSULTING BEHAVIOR,I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU WITH THE STATE INSPECTOR. Trust me that 12.50 an hour isn't worth it 🤦.
I have been calling and emailing for months. Everyone states they will get back to you and do not return your phone call. Their voicemail provides an email address and they also do not return any emails sent to them. This has been the worst experience.
I am absolutely livid with the State Health Benefit Plan. I changed jobs in January and have been trying to get on my husband’s plan ever since, but the incompetence and neglect I’ve encountered has been appalling.
