Please consider else where if you don’t want to spend at least $300 per visit. Met with complete disregard when an employee coded my claim to my insurance wrong; which costs me $300 instead of $0. Couldn’t even both to answer the phone to try to correct this information. Nevermind the fact I was already billed AT the appointment, just to be charged again by my insurance
I’m very grateful for my provider, Dr.Maria. She is extremely attentive and detail-oriented, patiently listening to my concerns and explaining everything clearly. She also went above and beyond to help me arrange a referral as quickly as possible, which saved me a lot of time and worry. Truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency! Highly recommend!
Dr. Lemon was pleasant and thorough. She was quite professional , but personal as well. My suggestion for her office would be to have her patients use their phones outside of the office. Patients should be asked to step outside for their calls. There was too much phoning and talking on cell phones with much TMI( Too Much Information) and some time disrespectful conversations. Otherwise, I would return to her office.
