I have used Dr. Flood for over 23 years and have enjoyed my relationship with him. He has a great staff. Sorry about his retirement. I will miss him.
I so desperately wanted him for my new doctor but they don't answer their office phone except to get a full message box. I have been a receptionist for professional offices half my life and have never seen anything like this. How do your patients reach you ?
I've been going to Dr. Flood for over 17 years, and I could not be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable, very nice and always so pleasant. I also find his staff to be very nice. I highly recommend this doctor.
Dr. Flood and his staff are rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The office also has outdated technology. There is no way to pay with debit cards. The entire experience was a colossal mess.
Dr Flood is great. His care has helped me improve my A1c very much. His office staff is terrible. They schedule my appointment. Then call me to confirm, the date and time they are trying to confirm is rarely ever correct and then want to argue with me that they have the correct date when I know I put the correct date on my calendar in front of them while scheduling my appt.
