I've never seen anything quite like this before. Generally, in a medical setting, when you get a referral to a office they actually follow up with you on it, but this office doesn't follow up. This office waited 2 weeks until WE called to ask about the appointment only to tell us that you need to go back to your other doctor's office and get something from them. Staff is excellent. Dr. Moravineni is unprofessional and distant.
The doctors were all great except nurse Andrea for Dr Marvinini she didn't want to listen to me kept laughing hanging up the phone on me was extremely Disrespectful was discusting never had treatment from that facility like that very unprofessional stating to me if I didn't listen to her she was going to keep hanging up very discusting never thought I would have treatment like this from this facility said she couldn't help me if I didn't stay quiet on the phone and she didn't get her way she would keep hanging up on me treat... read more
