The truth is not in the lady at the front desk. She gave me a call at 11:30 am and I confirmed I had a 1:30 for today. I drove 30 minutes here and the story went from no you had a 1 o'clock to you actually had and 11:30 that’s why I called. The doctor may be amazing but I’ll never know because of auntie with the short bob at the front desk.
Made me book 3 separate appointments when I only needed one. Blood tests and initial consult could’ve all be done on one day. Nurse staff is rude and do not listen to the voice messages left. Usually blood test results are uploaded in a portal and the doctor makes a note about their conclusion. Dr Patel and staff refuse to do so and rather waste your time. Go some place else if your in need of help.
I’m writing this review while sitting here awaiting my results. I cannot imagine anyone having a negative experience here. From the moment I checked in through to this very moment, everyone has been exceptionally friendly and supportive. I had more than enough anxiety heading into this appointment but everyone here (Dr. Patel, Mo, Marsha(ll) and Erica) all felt like family. They are timely, thorough and very professional.
My mom was looking for a second oncologist and so I called on her behalf to get things started and had the pleasure of speaking to Ms. Marsha. Ms. Marsha is the definition of a good customer service. She went above and beyond to find any cancelations to get my mom in this week. She was so genuine, sweet, and kind and it truly makes me feel like my mom will be in safe hands here although i’m states away. Thank you, Ms. Marsha! Continue being you!
