I’m writing this review while sitting here awaiting my results. I cannot imagine anyone having a negative experience here. From the moment I checked in through to this very moment, everyone has been exceptionally friendly and supportive. I had more than enough anxiety heading into this appointment but everyone here (Dr. Patel, Mo, Marsha(ll) and Erica) all felt like family. They are timely, thorough and very professional.
My mom was looking for a second oncologist and so I called on her behalf to get things started and had the pleasure of speaking to Ms. Marsha. Ms. Marsha is the definition of a good customer service. She went above and beyond to find any cancelations to get my mom in this week. She was so genuine, sweet, and kind and it truly makes me feel like my mom will be in safe hands here although i’m states away. Thank you, Ms. Marsha! Continue being you!
Had such a positive experience at this office. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel was patient with me and answered all of my questions. Everyone's positive mood and upbeat spirit really made an impact on my day.
