I stretch every day
Been coming here for over 2 years. I love the challenging work outs and my Boot Camp family. I especially love my super supportive friend and work out partner Tracy. The entire atmosphere at this gym is supportive, motivating and uplifting. Jason James our coach has a good thing going here.
