Dr ballentyne is excellant no problems with him ... my problem is with the people who are in the bussiness side .was denied an appointment for an issue that's causing problems because of a 143.00 bill that my ins should have paid. I asked to see doctor and let me hash out with ins why it wasn't paid and I'd get back to them if I actually did owe .she said no .and that I would have to pay all money before I would be allowed to see doctor .now I don't owe anything else just 143.00 she said. I love this practice. The staff is caring and wonderful. Dr Gruber did an excellent job on my bunion. I would recommend them to anyone.
