Paid 615 for a STUDIO. apartment that looked like shit when I moved in. Put in order for things to get fixed that should have been fixed before I moved on that never did get fixed only things that ever got fixed were emergency maintenance when my lock literally came off the door. Seen more spiders there in my apartment then I did in my dads basement as a teenager. When I left never got a bill or anything in the mail. But phone calls from collections three months later. I have been living here for a little over 2 months now and unlike some of the reviews on here, I am very happy with my residence so far. The leasing office staff have been very kind and helpful with some concerns I have had and the few maintenance issues that have occurred have been resolved in a timely matter. My building is very quiet and I feel safe here. So far so good AND just yesterday, I met some very nice ladies at the pool who made me feel very welcome! The gym is perfect for my needs too! Did not have a problem with this place for a year and a half and now nothing but issues. Problem is management does not respond to the complaints when residents are pounding on the floors all hours of the night , peeping in windows at 4 am or also knocking on windows to be let in to apartments they "locked themselves out of" multiple times. Calling the cops multiple times as of late but nothing from the management of this complex. If I could give this place a -5 I would. Between neighbors pounding on our window at 4 am more than once to moving in at all hours of the night its easily the best apartment if you want no sleep and no peace of mind. Multiple phone calls to property management have been useless. Don't waste your money or time.
This place is pretty dirty and has gone downhill. I do not recommend.
