I've been there 15 months. I consistently have kids outside my window - screaming for hours at a time.. no supervision. I've had kids randomly burst into MY apartment! 4 times in the last 2 months. People literally stare out the windows watching all the drama unfold. I feel like I'm having to parent all these rude kids and none of them are mine! I have reported it. Recommended3.5 years living here and I love it. My daughter and I live here with our little dog Maddie and it’s awesome. Our 2 bed 2 bath is so roomy and has a huge closet for storage. It’s close to everything. Mall. Grocery store major streets. Schools. The staff is way nice. They ALWAYS have an open ear. Even if you just want to say hi. I've lived at Georgetown for the last 8 months! I've enjoyed staying here because management is quick to respond to any issues that arise, the maintenance guys are timely when they say they are going to fix something, and we have polite neighbors. Georgetowne has a pool for summer months, a gym, and a dog park! It is in Millard school district, which is one of the highest ranking school districts in the Omaha area!
I’ve lived at Georgetown for 6 months now. It’s been a great experience so far. No issues with the complex or residents. Maintenance responds to any issues within 24 hours of reporting. Management is great and very responsive. The pools and workout room are nice. I have no complaints.
