Lived here since 2018 - 2025, have seen 3 different managements with the same old promises and plans on what they want to do with the apartment complex. Nothing was ever done other than cutting trees down, minor lawn care and sealing off fireplaces. Living here was nothing but murders, shootings, break ins, raids, drug deals, homeless people digging through the dumpsters, other people dumping their trash and causing it to get full quickly, and etc. I'm not even over-exaggerating, but yet they want to charge you over $2,000 f... read more
I have been a resident here since 2019, and it has been extremely disappointing to watch the community decline over the years. Maintenance and upkeep are a constant struggle. Roof leaks, A/C issues that drive up energy bills, broken appliances, and pest problems (including roaches) are either not addressed or only temporarily “patched up.” Amenities are rarely open or working as advertised, yet residents continue to pay for them. I've lived here for going on 8 years. When I first moved in it was great. Neighbors were friendly and it felt like a community. We have had a murder , drug deals , inconsiderate neighbor's. People will blast their music in the middle of the night. Random cars will park in a spot for hours at night with the bass rattling your windows. You can here every step from the apt above you. Trash and amenities are never available. But you still have to pay for them. Dumpsters are always full. My new neighbors have little kids that run... read more
I've been here since March 2025 and I'm ready to leave. There were things that needed done when I moved in that hasn't been fixed. I've put in work orders and no answer to anything. My refrigerator don't work I've had to get one myself, the toilet in master bathroom is constantly running and now there is a leak in the ceiling they can't find the problem to.
I have been living here for over a year & I love it so far. Very quiet, staff in the office are wonderful & helpful, & maintenance is very good with getting to you in a timely matter also. The property is always clean and well taken care of. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay i highly recommend. I would've gave 10 stars if I could.
