It takes more than 40 minutes on average of waiting on hold to actually talk to someone, and when you do, it's not helpful. One of the doctors here did a "routine" procedure and I've been bleeding now for 23 days. Whoever I spoke to on the phone, all she can say is "I'll let the doctor know." Go somewhere else. You only get one body, and their doctors and staff are awful.
