Black mold is super bad here, I almost died and my child is now on a nebulizer probably for the rest of her life, apartment manager refused to get us into another apartment, knew of the black mold and still had us live in it for months before I decided to leave. Do not live here. Keep all of your hospital paperwork. If you get pneumonia or bronchitis while living there, its probably black mold induced. Get medical help immediately.
Don't have your loved ones live at this place! The manager and maintenance man are absolutely disrespectful in every single way! It's like living in a halfway house. They do nothing ti correct the issues. They use personal phones and cameras to walk in your home to take pictures of your children, to take pictures of cars! That place is supposed to help low income not treat them as inmates! I didn't know it was a crime being poor! They can't have anything to protect themselves which violates the second amendment.
