I found Georgetown Sports Massage and Terrel Hale online after a rotator cuff injury. I didn’t know what the best path forward would be but I wanted to try to avoid surgery. My experience has been outstanding. After several sessions with Terrel my shoulder is almost back to full strength and I have zero pain. Terrel not only has an outstanding skill set but he takes the time to explain what he is doing, why he is doing it, and how the various muscle groups interact. I have learned a lot and feel great. Although my shoulder i... read more

Terrel is hands down the best sports massage therapist I’ve ever worked with! I’ve been seeing him for nearly a year to address persistent hamstring and Achilles issues, and the results have been outstanding. He is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch care and expertise!

Terrel is an expert in his craft, and has many years of experience working with different types of individuals. As a runner who struggled to bounce back from an overuse injury, I was looking for other options to help me return to the full swing of training. I worked with Terrel for eight weeks and he helped bring life back into my right leg. I couldn’t recommend Terrel more and the work is best experienced in a multi week package.

I came to Terrel a few weeks before my Ironman race with an angry hamstring, and sore neck and back. I wasn't sure what improvement was possible, but after some consistent, targeted body work and Active Release Therapy (ART), my body felt great on race day! I had no back or neck pain and my hamstring just ... worked. His work was excellent and I'm so grateful. Terrel also seemed invested in my success and was full of the positive energy every athlete should have in their corner.

After struggling with hamstring and glute imbalanced for years and struggling with running, it was extremely helpful to visit Georgetown Sports Massage and loosen the problematic areas. After regular visits and keeping up with my own PT, I have been able to run again! The areas were so tight that I don’t believe I would have been able to progress w/o the appointments. This is a great service for anyone struggling with injury or looking to stay injury-free.
