I’ve really enjoyed the treatment! The care is very centered around my needs as an athlete, and the style of massage can change based on my current activity level and soreness. I really appreciate the attention to detail and approach of explanation for the techniques that I receive. I am thoroughly enjoying my experience and will continue to come here for more massage treatment in the future.

Terrel has amazing technique and uses ART (Active Release Technique) massage to provide relief. Most recently I have had issues with lower back pain, tightness in the calves, hamstrings (legs), and when I leave the session I feel like I have a pair of new legs. Hands down, Terrel is the best and highly skilled. The treatments have helped with my recovery in addition to my plantar fasciitis.... read more
