I made an appointment with Dr. Bergeson for neck pain. I knew he was probably booked out and I was anxious to see him and see if he had any course of action up his sleeve to help me. The appointment desk had just had a cancellation and I was so happy. I cannot say enough about this talented physician. The appointment was spend with him examining me, going over the highlights of the x-rays of my neck and actually explaining what he saw, what it meant and wanted me to set up an appointment to get an MRI. The MRI was good. The staff was great. I’m a little claustrophobic and they made it very easy for me. So thankful I really like Dr. Bergeson. he’s very thorough and complete and he puts it in simple English form. I did send him some questions in regards to the results of the MRI yesterday hopefully, he will reply.

Dr. Bergeson and staff were very professional, courteous, and didn't make me feel rushed during my appointment. Dr. Bergeson was very thorough in reviewing and explaining the MRI results, and was conservative in his assessment and approach. I feel confident in his recommendation, to try a local injection in the lumbar area of concern, followed by PT to see if there is any improvements and reduction in pain and discomfort, before going the next step in possible surgery. Would highly recommend him to family and friends.
