Very pleased with the surgery, but due to staff shortage straightening out the bill was a total headache. Howver adfter many e-mails, visits and calls, they fixed it.
I was referred to Dr. Brown for oral pathology almost four months ago and I have yet to see him. My appointments have been canceled twice on very short notice. Today at 2:30, the office staff called to confirm my appointment for the next business day. Then at 3:55, the staff left me a voicemail canceling my appointment again. I tried to call the office back, but since it was 4:03 when I made the attempt, no one answered the phone. Now I have to find another specialist and wait even longer to seek treatment. Dr. Williams and his staff, from the dental assistants to the office staff, were very professional. The whole procedure was explained in great details, the billing was transparent, and most importantly, everyone was kind and attentive and the surgery was quick and pain free.
Very bad office staff. They are money oriented and never give up a tiny chance of ripping you off. Do not go there!
