This company did work on my vehicle. Months later the part started to fail. I spoke with Dave on the warranty process. He would not let me schedule an hour appointment so they could do their diagnoses process (which they charge me for even if it's their faulty part). I expressed I can't be without my vehicle (multiple kids in school/sports) and asked again if I could schedule an appointment, and Dave would not work with me at all. He told me I could rent a car.
