This company has been incredibly difficult to work with! There is a huge lack of communication. There are multiple people calling requesting the same documents and then the same people requesting the documents multiple times. Depending on who you speak with, they will tell you you're at a completely different place in the process then the next person you speak to. There is absolutely no organization or communication. Georgetown Mortgage has been incredibly difficult for my family to work with. After severe flooding and major damage to the brand new home we just built this year, after dealing with FEMA and our insurance company on a daily basis for the past five weeks, this mortgage company is proving to be our biggest hurdle in our efforts to recover.
