They refused to fund the sale of our home on closing today because the buyer's husband went to Canada to train for the U. S Olympic bobsled team. He made the US Team last week. He is not a party to the sale, but he is the husband of the woman buying the home. Thrive Mortgage insists that he cannot esign a deed of trust document to which he is not even a party, because their investor requires a "wet signature". He will travel by bus for two hours to get to their paperwork which they have sent to Canada. Now they are delaying ... read more
