Mostly good Georgetown Manor is an old building but has been kept up pretty well. The management and maintenance is very good but the parking is horrible. You only get one parking space and there is very little visitor parking, which is always full. On the plus side, the apartments are nice and big and have huge pantries and covered decks. There are a lot of buses that run right by the property, and its right by the mall and Target so you can walk to most places.
