Excellent customer service, yesterday my vehicle started to heat up, I stopped by and asked if they could see what the problem was, Mr. Joe Bob himself went and checked, found the problem and says "you can't drive it anymore ", me totally freaking out: Oh No!, hubby is out of town therefore no one to take me and my boys home. He immediately said not to worry, he will drive us home and when the vehicle is ready he will pick us up. They worked on it first thing in the morning and the cost totally reasonable. Great place where they don't tell you that work is needed just for the money. Gene once again took care of me. I took my truck in for them to look at my hub bearings, Gene called me and said there is no issue with them, and I was good to go. How many other places would have said there was an issue just for the $$$$$$? Talk about integrity and service. Best place in Georgetown to get your vehicle looked at.
Have noticed all staff are hard working, clean, knowledgeable, dedicated and upfront honest auto mechanic repair mechanics. I blew a head gasket passing through Georgetown. I live 300 miles away. I was sick but USAA insurance road side assistance recommend this shop. So far they have done a great job repairing properly and keeping me informed of progress.
