Enjoying my experience here at Georgetown grove. The staff and maintenance team is great
I’ve lived here for a little over 2 years and have had a positive experience. I felt like my apartment wasn’t spacious enough, so I decided to move. Other than that, the front office staff is great. India and Briona were always helpful and very responsive. The maintenance team is friendly and fixes issues promptly, which was extremely important to me. Overall, I was very satisfied with living here and I would recommend them.
Darius has been over my apartment, for painting and now to fix the shelving in my closet and explain how the outlets work, incl the smart technology! He has been great each time! He is responsive, very efficient and always provides great service!! He is definitely a keeper @ Georgetown apartments!!
The apartments are large and the one we toured had a great view of the pool and volleyball court. Well kept lawns and the staff at the complex was very friendly.
Very happy with the front office and maintenance team fixing some issues we had upon first moving in.
