There was no hello at the door or handshake. They were absolutely the rudest people to deal with also the owner was the worst when he laughed at me and walked away. I will never do business here nor anyone I know.
Terribly rude and nothing appeared to be hand made as advertised. It all looks like it came from a factory. Will never be going back to this place and suggest you not waste your time. Staff was extremely unprofessional and have no business dealing with the public.
These are the most unprofessional, rude individuals you will EVER meet!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Nothing is handcrafted as they proclaim and the are just absolutely horrible humans!!
The owner was the rudest person I have ever met! He made fun of, laughed at, and was just down right rude for NO REASON! Save yourself, do business elsewhere!!!
These people are some of the rudest and disrespectful people I've ever had the misfortune of comming in to contact with. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend conducting business with this establishment.

I loved your store Gene and Linda. If I didn't live 700 miles away, I would be a regular customer. Best selection of Outdoor furniture I've seen anywhere.
