I highly recommend Georgetown Fireplace and Patio. Our stove (that was shipped from straight from the manufacturer) had a faulty gasket which resulted in a cracked glass front the first time we used it. We called GFP the next morning and they were extremely helpful. No questions asked, they shipped all the supplies to repair the stove. Great customer service an knowledgeable staff.
We were looking to buy a new gas log set and spoke to a sales rep extensively about what we wanted. We sent her all of the information she asked for but she never called us back. 🙄 We’re looking elsewhere.
Customer Service and willingness and promptness to respond to a service call is extremely lacking. Propane logs made by them have many issues.
