I had an absolutely thrilling experience. Within two minutes of calling GERMS, they showed up promptly and ready to help. Shoutout to Brenda, Jack, and Caitlyn for all their help and conversation. After the immediate response and fun ride to the hospital, I enjoyed talking to them while I waited for a room.
