She finished a root canal I had. Post & crown. Well tooth is not in right spot. It too forward. She extracted a wisdom tooth and molar in front of it. 3 weeks later I felt teeth. She said oh I left part of them in. Why?? I had someone else pull the partial teeth out. But when she looked at them she re-billed me for her time. I said no if you would have done it right the 1st time we would be in this situation. Wife had cleaning done and she knew she got a half-ass job. Dr. Kathy talked too much. Especially during my cleaning. I was focusing on keeping my mouth open and she pricked me three times with the sharp tool. Taking X-ray photos was a hassle because I gagged and the lady should have more patience and put the thing you bite on in better. They splattered water all over me too during the cleaning. Not going back there for a cleaning. I was literally shaking when they buffered and cleaned my teeth. Not like it was at another dentist. Thanks for your time.
Excellent dental care, actual dentist cleaned my teeth, did a wonderful job. Dr Kathy is gentle, understanding and highly recommend.
