I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Georgetown Dental in Hanover Park. I am a Medicaid patient and recently experienced a dental emergency. When I contacted the office seeking assistance, I was told that they were not accepting Medicaid patients and that I would need to seek treatment elsewhere. She finished a root canal I had. Post & crown. Well tooth is not in right spot. It too forward. She extracted a wisdom tooth and molar in front of it. 3 weeks later I felt teeth. She said oh I left part of them in. Why?? I had someone else pull the partial teeth out. But when she looked at them she re-billed me for her time.
