Horribly managed HOA. Unsafe streets and they make it impossible to fix. You can't walk around without dodging cars and intersections are blocked with boats and trailers because they arent allowed on property you pay for and own. Very short pool schedule. Memorial day to labor day when they should be open till November like other HOAs. In order to change anything they put the onus on the owners to hire abstract specialists just to find out who you need a signature from.
