Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in a lab coat for cleaning and was shocked to be charged an extra $30 for what should have been a basic service. Even worse, when I got it back, it barely looked cleaned at all. I returned to point out the issue, and they gave it back to me in essentially the exact same condition. I’ve been a customer here over a decade, and sadly the quality has gone down, and service is poor. We’ve had many brand new shirts and blouses ruined by their dry cleaning press, clothes or bedding are often not cleaned properly and buttons get broken. Before they would offer to fix or remedy the issue, potentially even providing a refund or payment if receipt provided. Now it’s apparently my problem and I need to send my items back to the store for a refund?! Goodbye - you will be out of business soon enoug
