Recently moved from Orlando, Florida as a PCOM student. Kimberly, the property manager, helped me from tour to move-in! Every step of the way, Kimberly was available for any and all questions I had during this process and pointed me in the right direction. This was my first official "big move" away from family but Georgetown Apartments has and continues to make me feel safe in a new town/state. Excelente lugar para vivir, kemberly con su atención hace que te sientas en familia. Dany es muy buen amigo cuando tienes cualquier problema lo llamas y enseguida lo resuelve. La verdad me siento muy feliz de vivir en este complejo de apartamentos.

Georgetown really is a nice place to call home. We’ve been here five years, and have enjoyed living here. Our manager, Kimberly, is just a phone call away any time you need her. She makes sure everything is kept up from the grounds to any thing you need. It is located right in the middle of town, and is very convenient. Danny is our maintenance man and he shows up to fix any thing you request promptly. They both do a great job! We have a well cared for pool, dog park, and picnic area. All you gotta do is move in.
