Georgetown really is a nice place to call home. We’ve been here five years, and have enjoyed living here. Our manager, Kimberly, is just a phone call away any time you need her. She makes sure everything is kept up from the grounds to any thing you need. It is located right in the middle of town, and is very convenient. Danny is our maintenance man and he shows up to fix any thing you request promptly. They both do a great job! We have a well cared for pool, dog park, and picnic area. All you gotta do is move in.
The wife and I helped our son move in to Georgetown Apartments this past week and what a wonderful experience. Kimberly guided us through the process and assisted with anything we needed, what a blessing she truly was! The premises were clean, nicely kept and the apartment was freshly renovated to welcome our son to his new home. Also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance supervisor, who let us know, anything needed will be addressed promptly, which made the wife smile for sure. My fiancee & I absolutely LOVE our new 1st apartment that we got today! Kimberly Wright has been absolutely AMAZING during the whole application process & was very understanding & helpful to us during a few setbacks that we had. We appreciate her so much! I recently moved into the Georgetown Apts and I’ve had a great experience so far. Ms. Kimberly was quick to respond to my questions and made the move-in process smooth. They were informative and guided me through every step, which made a typically tedious experience much easier.
My experience with Property Manager Kimberly Wright has been excellent. She has explained everything to me and worked hard to make sure that am happy with everything.
