If I could give more than five stars, I would! The manager, Debi, is fantastic. She works closely with the maintenance team and communicates with tenants promptly via email or text on maintenance status updates. I've made lots of requests over the years, even requests that weren't exactly "needed" but made life more convenient, she was happy to accommodate. Good place to live. Its quiet and staff are friendly and swift.
my dad lived here almost 19 years and within the past 4. he was treated very poorly. bad parking, roaches, rats, lazy maintenance and a slumlord manager Debi. I wouldn't recommend the devil to live there!
I was satisfied with the apartments until I started complaining about visitor parking in Tenants area I was given tow documents to put on cars parking in tenants area without stickers to come to find out it was just for show I have now been getting into altercations and advising management on situation and advised management this situation makes me want to break the least and all I was told was told sorry to hear that without trying to resolve situation will not recommend anyone to live hear and will be calling corporate off... read more
I have lived in both a one bedroom and a two bedroom here. I love both! The staff has always been helpful and courteous. The pool is a summer favorite. I love that we have the option to recycle. The complex is pet friendly. One of the best parts of living here is knowing we have a reliable and dedicated property manager in Debi. She goes the extra mile and makes Georgetown really the place to live!
