I have been going to Georgetown since 1976 and have NEVER had a bad experience. They have always been very professional but most of all kind. You can imagine how many animals they've had to put down for me and the kindness, understanding and caring they showed while I broke down was exceptional. We recently lost our cat Asti after 18 Amazing yrs. One of the most difficult experiences in my life was saying goodbye to him. Dr. Sorge and Amy were so empathetic to my feelings during this very difficult procedure. I felt like I was with close friends. Gave me books for my 2 little girls, one being Rainbow Bridge (love). We received a sympathy card shortly after which the whole staff signed which really touched our hearts.
