We are from DAYTON and while traveling yesterday on I70 a piece of concrete was thrown into our path and our front tire hit it. Dealership took us in evaluated the damage and within minutes ordered the parts out of Chicago, got us in a rental, called us today and we picked up our 2019 Murano and are on the road again. Terrible treatment by sales manager, Jeff Houston. Without provocation, he thought I was in my car and he proceeded to say, “she can get in her f****ng mom mobile and get out!” Needless to say, I heard it!

The only place I take my car for service! All of the service guys are so nice and explain everything to you. Snacks and tablets for kids is an added bonus!
