My family and I recently ate at George’s to celebrate my birthday, and while there, a waitress spilled an entire glass of red wine on me and my dinner, ruining the clothing I was wearing. After the incident, my dinner was replaced, however we did not receive an apology from a manager or any form of compensation to cover the cost of the ruined clothing or a discount for the wine that we couldn’t drink because I was wearing it. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
Awesome place for atmosphere, service, food and price!
It was ok. Best thing was the liver paste. The scallops were really good, but the rest of the fish platter was very subpar.
I thought the food was really good! Lemon pepper chicken was great! I thought dining area had tables far too close together. You are pretty much rubbing elbows w tables next to you. But.. food was delicious and our waitress was great!
