This man did not do the job he said he would do. Job was left unfinished. The job also had to be redone. When I tried to get George to finish the job he had started he completely ignored me. Also, George showed up for work with alcohol on his breath twice. He did not deny he had been drinking on one of the occasions. We had hired him to install a water softener. He refuses to answer our calls.
