My husband and I had another lovely dinner at George's. The bacon mustard mussels , the lobster, the rib eye steak, and the limoncello cake were absolutely delicious. James, our server last night, was so attentive and cordial. We'll be back again very soon.

Consistently good. Service was excellent, manager on duty checks in too, which is nice. We recommend all the time :)
Thick, flavorful lobster bisque that was outstanding. Followed this with fish and chips that were humongous. The batter fried outside was perfect. We try to go here every time we are in the Providence or Newport area. Simply amazing! Service for us was perfect. Timely, friendly, and very helpful. Clean environment.
I crave their clam cakes all year long. My family has been going to George's since it opened in the 1940's. My aunt was in town from Texas and we drove an hour and a half just to get clamcakes and chowder. Always worth the drive

Always excellent, and the service was fantastic as usual.
First time going here and it definitely won't be my last. The atmosphere was enviting, the safe was friendly and the food was mouth watering good. If you don't go you're missing out. I surely recommend the Oreo cheesecake when you do stop in.
