the staff who i spoke with on the phone who proceeded to tell me i missed too many appts which i have missed 0 was rude. then she changed it to i canceled too many appts .. well my work schedule changes due to a promotion and had no choice to reschedule after they had called to me to cancel prior to knowing i had the job change to cancel the one i had taken the day off for. never again . horrible
