If I could give a negative review I would. Our AC went out and our ************** sent them out to access the *** It was determined we needed a new one. Our insurance approved them to replace it. It has been three weeks and we are in ******* "hot weather". It's been three weeks and we have had to call numerous times with no success. No courtesy call, no updates from them. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from the very start until the very end. My AC quit working on Saturday evening. Left a voicemail on Sunday for the company to come out to take a look at it. They call me on monday and the lady that called me was extremely rude and basically told me that the soonest they can come look at my AC will be on tuesday and take it or leave that's the best they can do. George not only forgot our appointment, showed up an hour late. Said we'd get an inspection report upon payment. Upon payment, no receipt and no inspection report. Left two voicemails and and email, no response. No receipt still. Have filed a dispute with my card company as services rendered were falsely advertised.
Employee Caesar was very helpful and friendly. We were pleased with the service.
George’s Heating and Air conditioning is a company I would NEVER recommend. Not only is “ George” rude but he is out right horrible to deal with. Unfortunately my home warranty company, 2-10, sent George’s to my house to fix a broken coil. The coil was replaced and then the technicians spent over two hours fumbling with my thermostats because they couldn’t get the heat to turn on. Business response:
Homeowner has a home warranty policy they bought with new house last year. They had a leak in the indoor coil and was approved by home warranty. We made appt and installed new coil. The home warranty does not cover zone control system or thermostats. This install is a full days work and in the attic. The homeowner approved non covered items under home warranty of $108. She was rude and told my workers to leave house and she reset her 3 thermostats, they obviously have had problems with them in the past as the whole neighborh... read more
