I wish I had read the review before taking my car there to have the pulley tensioner replaced. I was told that that's not what needed to be replaced and they replaced the serpentine belt. 2 months later it breaks off and I'm stranded and nearly lock my motor up from the car overheating. Today I went there just for oil change when I got my car back it smells like they were smoking cigarettes in my car in I don't smoke. in sitting in the waiting room where the bathroom is right there where the chairs are in the workers going in there with a newspaper coming out smelling up the waiting room leaving the bathroom door open so you can know what was going on in here
