3-19-25 I can't say enough nice things about Rodolfo, this very professional and talented Tech. He spent three hours trying to diagnose and fix a problem that was somewhat difficult to find. External equipment exposed to a coastal environment degrades in strange and mysterious ways. This guy does not give up until he figures it out and gets it fixed.
