The atmosphere was great, the food had excellent flavor tasted wonderful it’s kind of hard to find a restaurant that serves Mexican food with true authentic spices and flavors. The waitress was excellent. Clean restaurant and great price.

The rebuilt interior after the destructive fire just pops. So glad they reopened. I was so afraid the fire was an excuse to raze it and build another office building like what happened to the deco masterpiece Welch’s catercorner.
Super clean, super fast, lots of history in the walls. Authentic 50s feel!! Great food at a great price!
I had chicken fried steak. The potatoes were good. The steak was like a flattened hockey puck, the green beans were right out of the can with no attempt to season them, and they tasted just canned, the gravy was a bright yellow mush. So disappointing.
