Food was good, just a tad bid expensive, but the service was good
I haven't been to George Webbs since 2022 because they increased the prices on the menu items and the quality has went down. My aunt treated me here for lunch. I got the sourdough burger, the patties were paper thin as usual like every other GW location. I found a hair in the burger which was disgusting, the fries were overcooked
Need to be hotter food
Bad experience from beginning to end. Upon entry not greeted by any employee. After seated for 10 minutes another couple arrived and was seated behind me. They were greeted and served coffee before me. Also, their food order was taken and arrived before mine. Apparently the waitress thought she would get a bigger tip from a two-person order than a one person order. What she didn't know is that I'm actually a very generous tipper. Stopped in for a quick breakfast after work. Walked in and sat right by the register. Took the waitress at least 5 minutes to come by and take my order since she was chatting with some friends and showing them stuff on her phone. I ordered my breakfast and water, but never got my water. She asked multiple others for coffee refills, but somehow managed not to see me without a drink. I finished my food and got out. I'll never stop here again. I've had better service at a McDonald's drive thru.
