Staff is professional, and facilities are clean and orderly. Also close to my home!
This is my first time ever having to go to the ER for illness. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff were so nice. The phlebotomist, Kait, made sure I felt at ease and comfortable with being there. Nicole Brogan, PA-C is fantastic. She was so helpful and her bedside manner is exemplary; if I could trade her for my primary, there would be no hesitation upon my part. Please pass along my praise to the appropriate person and the ER night shift.
