The George Washington Hotel is the perfect historic venue for the Swan Ball to benefit the Duncan & Miller Glass Museum. This was our second year holding a major event at the hotel and I can’t say enough about the staff! Great to work with, responsive and caring - everything you want when planning an event. The food is amazing and the ambience is unique. We wouldn’t want to hold the Swan Ball anywhere else.
Our wedding was on Jan 3rd, 2026 of this year. I could cannot describe our experience as anything but amazing. Their team especially Hayley and Rob are nothing but the highest level of professional when it comes to event planning. The venue itself is historic and beautiful but what truly stands out is the service and accommodations of the event. I held my wedding here this past fall and was very disappointed. Starting with the worst, one of my guests got stuck in their elevator for over an hour and missed our whole ceremony and cocktail hour. This led to many first responders tearing apart an elevator during my cocktail hour (the elevators are located in the lobby where cocktail hour is held...imagine the atmosphere of this).
