Very unprofessional the old man doctor there was very rude as soon as I told him I will think about it about the shots for my daughters allergies he threw the paper on me and left the room 👎🏾 He wanted to give her six shots a week for three years 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😱🤷🏻♀️She’s only 5 years old SMH and he wanted me to sign the papers with out thinking about it
I read a review that was a complaint about staff in a office than him. Dr dous is a caring man. He listens and person that cares about his patients. Personally I find him to be easy to talk to, he listens and wants to know how I am doing. He makes me feel like he cares.
Front desk staff very unprofessional. They called the day before appointment to reschedule appointment for earlier time. After I told them I had to check with my work to see if I could adjust my hours again for the second time, the receptionist asked if I'm taking the earlier appointment or not. After I told her again I had to check with my job, her response was short and rude. No appointment scheduled.
Dr Dous is a great doctor he listen to what you have to say very sad to hear he is no longer with Sutter health we will miss him.
