Zero star... Very disappointed. Not a good place for young engaged couples to go (which I believe would be a good portion of their sales). I went in, when my now husband and I were looking for rings. I was 23 and he was 27. The staff was very rude and was not present to us when we wanted to look at rings. None of them even acknowledged us when we walked in...so after a while with no help (and at least 2 staff members standing around) we left. Also, their commercials are annoying.
