Our property had been on the market for a while and stuck in the mud so to speak. We'd had no activity for 3 months. Went to George for advice and once he took the reigns with ideas we had not heard before things changed. Within a month, during winter, activity increased and we received 2 interested bids that we were able to utilize to get the person who wanted it the most to a reasonable amount.
