Front door and doorknob stick, called and asked them to let my wife in, receptionist was rude and hung up on me. Going over patient details on speaker phone with others in room violates HIPAA. Doctor is nice but office is sketchy and receptionist such a jerk it overshadows. It’s an OBGYN, if any medical facility needs to be inviting it’s this kind of place
I been coming here for years and Dr. Samman is amazing however Frances who work at the front desk has terrible customer service ! She forgot to put my appointment in the book and had me wait over 3 hours to be seen. Then I came back for my next appointment and I asked her for a cup just in case the doctor need a sample and she decides to say out loud “ Well do you have any urinary issues?” Out loud with people in the waiting room instead of pulling me aside to ask a personal question like that!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!!

Dr. Samman is the best. He has always been there when I needed him and he is very knowledgeable. He delivered my daughter and was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Samman. I have been a patient over 30 years. He assisted with many issues and I knew I was in good hands. I will be sad when he finally retires. He is a great OB-GYN. I recommend him highly.
