I have been a patient for 23 years and Dr. Hoffman (George) is a great eye doctor. Very caring and available whenever I have a problem. Staff has changed over the years but always professional.

Dr Hoffman was the best, but his staff are very insensitive, my husband, who is disable and in his 80's, just had an appointment. They would not take his Medicare card photo that was on his phone, (every doctors office does) and they would not help him fill out the new form they have. He has been going to this doctor for over 20 years! very sad that he cannot get a better staff.

Dr. Is very good. Office is a mess. They charged me in spite of my Medicare being on their plan. I paid. Medicare paid them and my secondary paid them. I called office to get reimbursed since they now have my money and have been paid by insurance—-nope they won’t send us our money. In short, fraud to Medicare and my secondary. Have called and spoke with Joan at billing, runaround—have called office runaround. I will miss Dr. But will never go back.
