Dr. Gluck is a wonderful doctor, and I had excellent results from my carpal tunnel release surgeries. Highly recommended!

I previously was seen on 2/23/22. The staff there are excellent, I recommend them. However, I recently received a letter from my insurance because the visit claim was not filed until well over a year from the visit date - everything will be denied for that visit. I will be calling next week to sort this out. If it is true that claims aren't filed until well over a year of a visit date - please get more staff to file claims. It's not fair to your staff to not get paid or for the patients at your practice. I hope that this is ... read more
